Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to help meet the needs of both. Work to ensure clear communications regarding compensation, performance expectations, relocation, and other considerations throughout the search process.
Step 4 - Reporting
Keep the client informed throughout the search process by providing written updates, competitive intelligence, and thorough evaluations of all candidates.
Step 3 - Execution
Approach and meet with candidates one-on-one to gain a detailed understanding of their skills, background and accomplishments. Present a short list of top individuals to be interviewed by the client.
Step 2 - Strategy & Plan
Develop an internal search strategy tailored uniquely to your mandate. We generate a customized list of 'target' companies and identify potential candidates who are currently (or previously) associated with those organizations.
